The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the https://www.neurosmellist.com website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Purpose and types of personal data collected

Personal data will be collected for the purpose of answering to direct messages per email, controlling the participation as well as for workshops organization, promotion of programs, promotion of individual course and consulting, and for reporting and quality assurance purposes.

 

The data will be stored as long as they are necessary for the organization of the offer (preparation, implementation and evaluation of workshops, events and services, preparation of invoices and certificates / participation confirmations, reporting, answering to messages) or until consent to data use is revoked.

 

Anna D'Errico will be able to collect the sender's e-mail address and the additional personal data contained in the message with the purpose of replying by e-mail to the user (“interested party”). The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data for this purpose is to be found in the hypothesis provided for by art. 6 par. 1, lett. b) of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016, or to provide the user with the requested service. The same data may also be used to fulfill legal obligations or requests from the judicial authorities. Such data, if provided by the interested party, will be immediately deleted.

2. Data retention period

Personal data sent by users through the tools on the website will be deleted after providing the requested service or replying to the same and in any case within a maximum period of 15 days from the exhaustion of this activity, with the exception of those necessary for compliance with tax, accounting and administrative regulations or to fulfill other legal obligations and to document the activities carried out.

Finally, the subject to whom the data refers has the right to object at any time and at no cost, in whole or in part:

- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

- to the processing of personal data concerning him carried out pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 of the GDPR, letters e. ("The processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or connected to the exercise of public authority vested in the data controller") or f. ("The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties") including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

The interested party has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing, when this is based on the hypothesis provided for by art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a. (when "the interested party has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes"), or by Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a. (when "the interested party has given his explicit consent to the processing of such personal data for one or more specific purposes") of EU Regulation 679/2016, at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

If the interested party considers that the processing concerning him or her violates the legislation in force, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he habitually resides, works or in the place where he is verified the alleged violation.
