Olfaction, the sense of smell, has a slow pace, it requires time and focus. I find it similar to reading, going deep into a new dimension.

SCIENCE WRITING
Reading and studying helps to dig into complex topics.
We live fast, everything goes fast, and yet understanding the world around us requires some dedication, and time. Sometimes, it requires more than what we can dedicate to a quick video or an Instagram Story (though I am publishing often there as well).
Therefore, I write, trying my best to distill science – neuroscience and “smell-science” mainly – to the general public.
You find my writings here on Nerosmellist blog, on my books (in Italian at the moment), and on features I contribute to for magazine such Mind and Le Scienze - the Italian edition of Scientific American, or newspapers.
Here below a few examples of writings and interviews in IT.
